Delivery -
Mama C's Brownies will post your brownies the next working day if placed before 14:00 and within 2 working days if placed after 14:00. However if your order is placed on a Thursday and you wish to guarantee Saturday delivery please contact me to arrange to pay extra postal costs. With this in mind if you do not wish to pay for Saturday delivery I'm happy to post Friday but please be aware that your order is likely not to arrive until the Monday. If you need your brownies to arrive by a certain date I can send via special delivery, again please contact me to arrange to pay the extra postal costs. As they are sent Royal Mail First class delivery we would expect your brownies arrive within 1 day of posting but as this is not always the case with the postal service please order within good time or arrange alternative guaranteed services with me prior to ordering.
Returns -
Although extra care is taken to ensure your Chocolate Brownies' reach you in a perfect condition there is always a chance that the package may become damaged in transit. We do not offer insurance on postage but if you'd like to insure your parcel please call us to make special arrangements. Therefore, unless the parcel is insured or the Brownies' have arrived in an inedible condition we regret that we cannot accept returns.
Delivery Charges -
Postage and packaging is included in the cost and will be delivered via royal mail first class unless alternative postal options have been arranged then an additional charge will be applied.

Allergy Sufferers –
There are a few chocolate brownies in the range that contain nuts. As mine is a family kitchen and not a totally nut free zone, great care is taken to ensure that the nut free brownies will not contain traces but there is no guarantee.
